The Big 10 Network Update

Well, it is about 36 hours before Ohio State’s home opener against Youngstown State and still no deal between Time Warner cable and the Big 10 Network. What this boils down to is the almighty dollar, of course and at this point it has turned into an old fashioned pissing contest. The media is saying it is unlikely that a deal will be reached before the start of the game on Saturday. Which means I will have to try to find a seat in a bar with many thousands of other people that cannot watch the game from their homes. This country truly is the land of opportunity and it is possible to achieve almost anything here. But why is it that we have to push everything to the limit.
