Revenge movies make for great viewing especially when the villain has it coming. Sometime things happen to people that the victim just can’t leave go and they go after the perpetrator of pain.
I think one of my favorite is “Once Upon a Time in Mexico.” I like the scenery as much as I enjoyed the action. This is another movie where Johnny Depp plays his role the fullest.
“Sweeney Todd” is Tim Burton’s and Johnny Depp’s latest collaboration. This is just the time of role that Depp plays so well. Johnny Depp has the leading role where he plays a man that was unjustly sent to prison.
Not only is Depp looking for revenge for his prison sentence, but also for what happened to his wife and daughter. He returns to his barber shop. Can imagine an angry person with a straight razor? Well needless to say not all of his customers are repeat customers.
Sweeney Todd will be in theaters around Christmas. When you are out with family and friends during the holiday, be sure and catch this revenge movie.
